Dubai, November 5 — India’s young opener Abhishek Sharma and spinner Varun Chakravarthy have maintained their leading positions among batters and bowlers in the latest ICC Men’s T20 Players’ Rankings.
Abhishek Sharma leads the batters list with 925 rating points, ahead of England’s Phil Salt and India’s Tilak Verma.
T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav holds the eighth position, remaining the only other Indian in the top 10 batters.
Varun Chakravarthy continues to head the T20I bowlers’ rankings. Australia’s Josh Hazlewood has climbed to the 10th position after his strong showing against India.
Chakravarthy is followed by West Indies’ Akeal Hosein and Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan, while no other Indian bowler appears in the top tier.
Among all-rounders, Hardik Pandya is the only Indian in the top 10, placing fourth. The category is led by Pakistan’s Saim Ayub, followed by Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza and West Indies’ Roston Chase.
