Lee Murdoch has been appointed executive chef at Seaton House, a 42-bedroom hotel in St Andrews. He succeeds Mark Drummond, who held the position from December of last year.
Murdoch will work alongside Roy Brett, the head of culinary for the UK and Europe at Valor Hospitality and the founder chef behind the hotel's Ondine Oyster & Grill restaurant.
Murdoch will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage offerings, including the Board Room, Bow Butts Bar, and Ondine Oyster & Grill.
