President Donald Trump once again referred to Texas Representative Jasmine Crockett as “a low IQ individual” during his interview on 60 Minutes with Noah O’Donnell. The remark reignited a humorous challenge from late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, who has repeatedly offered to organize a live televised IQ contest between the president and Crockett.
“He keeps saying that,” Kimmel commented after showing the 60 Minutes clip. “And there’s only one way to find out. I have very generously offered to host and produce a live IQ contest between our stable genius president and Jasmine Crockett, who he thinks so little of.”
Kimmel added that Crockett had already accepted the challenge. As he told his audience:
“We still don’t have an answer from Donald Trump. I know he knows about it—I said it on TV. I am very serious about this.”
To make things more entertaining, Kimmel unveiled a massive trophy inscribed with the phrase “atrophy of the brain,” stating:
“We now have the biggest trophy in the history of mankind. Look at the size of that thing. Can you imagine that beauty on the White House lawn? A physical testament to Donald Trump’s intelligence.”
He quipped further that Trump could “fill it with bubbles and bathe in it,” poking fun at the concept of the oversized award.
