Leila Jackson, 43, has pleaded not guilty to five charges of engaging in sexual activity with a boy aged 16 to 17 while in a position of trust. The alleged offences reportedly occurred over a six-month period.
During a hearing at Gloucester Crown Court on Friday, Jackson, from Gretton, Cheltenham, confirmed her name and entered not guilty pleas to the charges brought against her.
This case follows the conviction last May of Rebecca Joynes, a former teacher who was found guilty of sexual offences involving pupils.
