Pete Davidson, the comedian and actor, shared in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE what it would take for him to return to the long-running sketch series "Saturday Night Live." Davidson, who joined the show in 2014 at age 20 and left in 2022, remains deeply connected to Studio 8H.
"I'd do anything for Lorne," Davidson states, referring to SNL creator and longtime executive producer Lorne Michaels. He adds, "I owe that guy my life. So I'd do anything for Lorne, and he knows that."
Davidson expresses that if Michaels invited him back, he would gladly accept. He reflected positively on his last hosting experience, calling hosting "an honor and a privilege."
Davidson emphasized the show's ongoing relevance and popularity, saying, "It's always relevant, it's a hot show. People look forward to it, and the cast is great."
