Harvard football has been on a commanding run this season, winning all seven games by at least three touchdowns. This impressive streak earned them the No. 9 spot in the latest Stats Perform FCS Top 25 rankings on Monday, marking the highest ranking in the program’s history.
In addition, the Crimson secured the 13th position in the AFCA FCS Coaches’ Poll this week, their best placement in that poll since at least 2011. Their rise in both polls followed a decisive 31-10 victory over Dartmouth on Saturday, improving their record to 7-0.
Harvard’s high ranking is notable as Ivy League teams are eligible for the FCS playoffs this year for the first time. The Crimson aim to extend their winning streak to eight games on the road against Columbia this Friday night.
