Sara Cox's Children in Need Marathon Challenge

Radio 2 DJ Sara Cox is undertaking a demanding 135-mile journey for Children in Need this year. The Bolton-born presenter starts her five-day mission from Kielder Forest near the Scottish borders, aiming to finish in Pudsey, Leeds by Friday.

Sara follows Radio 2 colleague Paddy McGuinness, who last year raised £10 million after completing a strenuous cycling event. Unlike Paddy, Sara will complete her challenge entirely on foot.
