Former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski made a striking debut for Misfits Boxing in Nashville, scoring a knockout against Netflix reality star Kelechi ‘Kelz’ Dyke.
Arlovski, who won his first interim UFC heavyweight title in 2005 when Dyke was only 11 years old, showcased his vast experience and power early in the fight. Despite the notable age difference, he dominated an opponent of similar size throughout the bout.
The fight extended into the fourth round, with Kelz visibly hurt at the close of the third.
“Arlovski blasted out Kelz with a big right hand that sent the Brit down instantly,”
This was Arlovski’s third fight since leaving the UFC last year, following two wins in BKFC and Dirty Boxing, both ending by doctor’s stoppage.
Andrei Arlovski leveraged his extensive fighting experience to decisively defeat a younger, less experienced opponent in his Misfits Boxing debut.
