National Park College Breaks Ground on New Welding Facility
National Park College (NPC) has broken ground on a new 16,000-square-foot welding facility to expand opportunities for students pursuing technical education and workforce training.
The groundbreaking ceremony was held at the future site of the facility on the NPC campus, attended by college leadership, trustees, city officials, industry partners, faculty, and students.
Remarks were made by NPC President Dr. Wade Derden, Board of Trustees Chair Jim Hale, Hot Springs Mayor Pat McCabe, William Clark of Clark Contractors, and Josh Krauss of FiberPro.
The new facility will provide expanded opportunities for students.
