Sexual Assault of South Asian University Student
A student of the South Asian University in south Delhi was allegedly sexually assaulted, according to the police.
A PCR call was received at Maidan Garhi police station around 3 pm on Monday, and a team was dispatched to the university.
“The girl has not given any statement so far. Appropriate legal action will be taken based on her version,”
said Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Ankit Chauhan. The student is currently being counselled.
A probe into the incident is underway.
