Wrong-Way Crash on 787 Claims Life of Albany Man

State Police have identified the victim of a wrong-way crash on 787 as a 38-year-old Albany man.

The crash occurred around 4:39 a.m. when the victim's vehicle, traveling north, was struck by a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lane.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle, a 44-year-old man from Coxsackie, has not been charged with a crime at this point.
