The Boys and Girls Club of Henderson County received a $125,000 grant from the Buffalo Wild Wings Foundation.
The grant! will support the club's life and workforce readiness, particularly through the "Rise" program.
"It also allows us to expand and help our kids to explore things that they might not necessarily experience within their family," said Boys and Girls Club of Henderson County CEO Kent Parent.
The "Rise" program focuses on building leadership, wellness, and resilience in young people through team-based activities.
"We also believe that sports is the foundation to every element of a child," said Buffalo Wild Wings regional vice president Niko Minakakis.
