Business Bites: Pequot bobber tower nominated for 2025 Tank of the Year
Nominations are now being accepted for the Pequot Lakes Chamber's 2026 Excellence in Service Awards.
Following are bites of business happenings in the northern lakes area. People's choice voting is open until 5 p.m. 17, at https://pequotlakes.com/Water-Tower-Vote.
The Pequot Lakes tank was in third place as of Tuesday, Oct.
Awards include:
- School Staff of the Year
- Citizen of the Year
- Nonprofit of the Year
- Employee of the Year
- Business of the Year
The Excellence in Service Awards banquet will be Thursday, Jan. 29, at the Pequot Lakes American Legion.
The contest began with 64 products, including Scamp Trailers' 13-foot trailer and Jack Pine Brewery's Vengeance Jalapeno Cream Ale. Scamp Trailers survived a first round of public voting to remain in the top 32.
