"90 Day Fiancé" star Nikki Exotika, whose real name is Nicole Sanders, has been hospitalized due to complications from a breast implant surgery.
A friend of Nikki's, Mike, shared updates on her condition via Instagram stories, stating that she underwent a "very complicated surgery" which resulted in "excessive bleeding".
Nicole had a very complicated surgery today and had excessive bleeding. She's in recovery now but very weak, she refused a blood transfusion prior to surgery.
Mike also mentioned that Nikki was being monitored overnight at the hospital and that he would be taking care of her and providing updates on her progress.
Nikki Exotika is now back home after spending the night in the hospital.
