The MAC Fredericktown Outreach Center held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark its 40th anniversary and unveil new additions from a $20 million bond project.
Director John Wright cut the ribbon, celebrating the center's milestone and new features, including a repaved parking lot, new floor tiling, and security cameras.
