The Port of Galveston is marking its 200th anniversary this weekend with a free public celebration at Pier 21, honoring two centuries of maritime history and economic impact on the Texas Gulf Coast.
Party on the Pier Presented by Royal Caribbean, will take place 5:30 p.m. Friday, at 2100 Harborside Drive.
