Jaylen Brown left the Celtics' preseason finale early due to a hamstring injury, but it doesn't appear to be a long-term concern.
Brown wasn't a full participant at the Celtics' first practice after the injury, but the team isn't too concerned about his health. Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla said Brown is "day-to-day" with the hamstring injury.
Brown "was able to do everything but the live stuff" at Friday's practice.
Mazzulla didn't share Brown's availability for the regular-season opening matchup against the 76ers.
"I haven't caught up with him yet," Mazzulla said. "I expect him to be at his best every single day, then we'll kind of take it from there. Just one day at a time.
