Saratoga Springs DBA to Host Fall Festival
The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association is bringing back its annual Fall Festival on October 25.
The 2025 festival will take place from noon to 3 p.m. and is expected to have a great turnout.
"This year, you can come down and trick or treat, all in your costumes, as well as enjoy live music, and participate in our famous pumpkin roll down Caroline Street," said Deann Devitt, DBA president.
