MUB Moving Forward with Office Expansion
The Morgantown Utility Board (MUB) is proceeding with a major expansion of its central office, located at 278 Green Bag Road, estimated to cost $8 million.
In 2023, MUB hired Omni Associates to explore the expansion, but the project was put on hold to prioritize other matters, including the Cheat Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade.
The current headquarters, built in 1988, comprises 1,660 square feet of basement space and 8,715 square feet on the main level, with over 40 employees working out of the building.
