Affordable Housing in Cyprus
Cypriots and EU citizens may apply for affordable housing in Cyprus by submitting their applications to the Cyprus Land Development Corporation (CLDC) before November 30, 2025.
The application period, which started on October 1, 2025, allows interested individuals to register in the Affordable Housing Beneficiaries Register, enabling them to apply for the purchase of residential units developed under the Special Housing Incentive Programme.
The purchase price of affordable housing units is set at €1,650 per buildable square metre by the CLDC, acting as the Affordable Housing Management Authority.
