Manchester City have joined Tottenham Hotspur in pursuing River Plate's Lautaro Rivero.
According to reports, Spurs and Atlético Madrid initially showed interest in the 21-year-old. Tottenham sent scouts to watch him live, and now Manchester City, Juventus, and RB Leipzig have also joined the transfer race.
Rivero previously spent 18 months on loan at Central Córdoba before returning to River Plate last summer.
