Dozens of Birds Crushed to Death by Truck Driver
Florida wildlife officials are investigating an incident where nearly 50 birds were crushed to death by a truck driver in Brevard County.
According to rescuers, only one bird survived the ordeal. The birds, including seagulls and other shore birds, were killed when someone in a truck ran over them on purpose.

Heather Pepe, with Wild Florida Rescue, expressed her shock and disgust at the incident, saying that the driver must have intentionally accelerated to hit the birds.
