Manx Telecom and JT Group Announce Merger
Manx Telecom Group and Jersey Telecom Group have agreed to merge, creating the largest full-service telecoms provider across the Crown Dependencies.
The deal, subject to regulatory approval, will serve customers in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and internationally, with support from CVC DIF.
