Oil production in North Dakota fell by 10,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) to 1,153,000 bpd in August, according to the state Industrial Commission's monthly data.
The production in Bakken and Three Forks stood at 1,124,000 bpd in the month. The data, released on the North Dakota Industrial Commission's general statistics webpage, has been rounded to the nearest 5,000 barrels.
