A woman caused damage to a truck in a downtown intersection last summer, court heard on Friday.
Ashley Biron pleaded guilty to several charges, including possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, mischief, and failing to report to a probation officer.
She ran from police and said "I'm going to kill somebody,"
Ontario Court Justice Andrew Buttazzoni suggested Biron may have been having a “mental health episode” when she hurled an item at the truck. Biron has 33 days of pre-sentence custody and was given one-and-a-half days credit for each day of incarceration.
