A potent Pacific storm brought strong winds, thunderstorms, and power outages to Burien and south King County late Friday night and early Saturday.
According to meteorologist Michael Snyder of Pacific Northwest Weather Watch, the system developed from a jet stream and
“brought some strong gusts”to areas like Normandy Park and SeaTac.
