Whitehall Man Sentenced to 15 Years for Child Rape
A Whitehall man, Matthew Delucca, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for raping a child under 15.
Delucca was arrested in November 2024 after a report of inappropriate contact between a man and a child. He pleaded guilty to first-degree rape, according to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.
In addition to his prison sentence, Delucca must serve 10 years of post-release supervision.
