The Disco Biscuits have officially confirmed they will part ways with longtime drummer Allen Aucoin, who has been with the band since 2005.
“It seems rumors got ahead of our formal announcement,”
founders Marc Brownstein, Jon “Barber” Gutwillig, and Aron Magner said in a joint statement,
“After much consideration, we’ve decided to part ways with Allen. While this news may feel sudden, it comes after many years of reflection, conversations, and attempts to work through challenges, as with any long relationship that experiences its ups and downs.”
