Gujarat High Court Rejects Plea Against Sanjiv Bhatt's Jail Transfer

The Gujarat High Court dismissed a plea filed by the wife of former IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt, seeking to prevent her husband's transfer from Palanpur jail to another jail.

Bhatt was sentenced to life imprisonment by a Jamnagar Sessions Court in 2019 for an alleged custodial death case and was initially lodged at Jamnagar jail.
