East West Rail Tender
A £700m tender for the East West Rail project is set to begin, with a virtual bidders day scheduled for November 6.
The Programme Support Works Framework will consist of five lots, including archaeology, ground investigation, and principal contractor/minor civils, and will run for eight years.
Ahead of the formal tender invitation in April 2026, the rail company will provide information on its approach to packaging and contracting at the virtual briefing event.

- Consultant Arcadis is acting as procurement and commercial partner for the framework.
