Why is the Renters' Rights Bill a hopeless sham for landlords and tenants?

Renters' Rights Bill: A Hopeless Sham

The Renters' Rights Bill (RRB) has been criticized for its ineffective legislation.

A major issue with the RRB is that it fails to address the root cause of homelessness, high rents, and lack of social housing, which is insufficient housing.

It isn’t bogey landlords. The true cause of homelessness, high rents, and lack of social housing has little to do with landlords. It’s simply and very obviously a ‘LACK OF HOUSING’.

The RRB is considered useless and misdirected as it does not address the housing supply issue, and the people who will suffer most from this legislation are vulnerable social tenants.

Author's summary: The Renters' Rights Bill fails to address the root cause of housing issues.
