The Supreme Court has confirmed the 19-year prison sentence for two Russians, Roman Nasryev and Alexei Nureyev, who attempted to disrupt mobilization.
In April 2023, the Central District Military Court sentenced them to 19 years in prison for a terrorist attack and training in terrorist activities.
The defendants believed that the personal files of persons subject to mobilization were kept in the city administration building.
The military enlistment office representative confirmed that in the administration building, there is a military registration desk of the military commissariat, which carried out activities related to partial mobilization, as well as a file of persons in reserve.
