IGM Financial Inc., one of Canada's leading diversified wealth and asset management companies, released details related to Wealthsimple's financing round of up to $750 million.
The transaction consists of a $550 million primary offering and a secondary offering of up to $200 million, co-led by GIC and Dragoneer.
