Michael Clark Murder Defense Seeks to Link Case to JonBenét Investigation 'Mistakes'
Michael Clark, facing a retrial for a 1994 murder, seeks documents that link his case with the infamous 1996 JonBenét Ramsey investigation.
In new legal filings, Clark's defense team is attempting to connect alleged Boulder police missteps in his case with the city's most notorious cold case: JonBenét Ramsey.
Clark was convicted in 2012 and sentenced to life without parole for the murder of Marty Grisham, a crime he claims he did not commit.
