Sequel to The Last Witch Hunter in the Works
A sequel to the 2015 film The Last Witch Hunter is moving forward at Lionsgate, despite the first film being a box office underwhelmer.
The new film, titled The Last Witch Hunter 2: The Lion’s Oath, is eyeing a 2026 release date and will star Vin Diesel, who reprised his role as immortal knight Kaulder.
"Ten year anniversary! A decade ago, this weekend, Kaulder was first introduced… this year you have resurrected him…."
The sequel's progress was shared by Diesel on Instagram, marking the 10-year anniversary of the first film.
