The Sixers' Undefeated Start
The Sixers appeared to finally run out of energy, but Adem Bona refused to let their undefeated start end.
Playing on the second night of a back-to-back, the team looked gassed and struggled to keep up with the Washington Wizards, who were led by Alex Sarr and Kyshawn George.
Joel Embiid led the team with 25 points, but had reached his minutes restriction and was done for the night with seven minutes to go, leaving the Sixers trailing by nine.
It looked like the Sixers’ would lose their first game of the season.
