New Zealand Dominates Tonga in Pacific Cup
New Zealand fullback Keano Kini played a key role in a 40-14 Pacific Cup win over Tonga.
The Kiwis' victory was built on a dominant pack and impressive performances by Kini and five-eighth Dylan Brown.
- Tonga needed to win by 18 points to qualify for the final in Sydney on November 9.
- However, they were never in contention and ultimately lost 40-14 at Eden Park.
Tonga's second-rower Eliesa Katoa suffered a head knock in the warm-up and left the field for two HIAs during play.

said Coach Kristian Woolf, regarding Katoa's injury and subsequent return to the field.
New Zealand will play Samoa in the Pacific Cup final.
