A plan to replace three turkey sheds on a Herefordshire farm with five new houses has been approved.
Mr D Brandon’s application, made in March last year, proposed single- and two-storey houses with three and four bedrooms at Upper Brook Bridge Farm, Kingsland near Leominster, with a “barn-like aesthetic”.
A previous newbuild plan had been withdrawn due to concerns over its scale and layout, which the new bid addressed.
Kingsland Parish Council objected to the scheme, citing it was outside the village settlement boundary and contrary to its neighbourhood development plan.
A year and a half after it was put forward, the plan has been approved.
