Comcast Appoints New CEO for Connectivity & Platforms
Comcast has named Steve Croney as the CEO of its Connectivity & Platforms division, effective January 1, 2026, succeeding Dave Watson, who will become Vice Chairman of Comcast Corporation.
Croney will oversee Comcast's broadband, wireless, and entertainment distribution platforms, aiming to continue the operational transformation that includes national packaging and pricing changes, as well as a refreshed go-to-market strategy.
- The Connectivity & Platforms segment delivered $20.2bn in revenue in Q3 2025, down about 1% year on year.
- The division also includes Sky's European connectivity and platform businesses in the UK and Italy.
Comcast targets improved capacity, efficiency, and customer experience across its US connectivity footprint.
